Merci Greenaway is a Senior Physiotherapist based in Perth with over a decade of experience helping patients overcome complex head and neck conditions.

She works closely with people experiencing headaches, migraines, dizziness, vertigo, jaw issues (TMJ), post-concussion symptoms, and persistent neck pain—offering clarity and relief when symptoms have become difficult to manage.

Merci uses a personalised, evidence-informed approach, drawing on a range of advanced techniques including dry needling and targeted manual therapy. Her treatments aim to not only reduce symptoms but to restore confidence, stability, and quality of life.

She is currently completing her PhD at Curtin University, where her research focuses on severe headaches and migraines. Merci holds a First Class Honours degree from The University of Notre Dame Australia and has received several awards recognising both academic excellence and community contribution, including the Brooks Sport Award for Biomechanics in Rehabilitation and the Elizabeth Henley Endeavour Award.

Her goal is to support people in moving and living well—through clinical insight, hands-on care, and a deep understanding of complex presentations.
