At Greenaway Physio, we strive to provide personalised, high-quality care. To ensure clarity and fairness, please note the following:

Private Health Insurance: We accept private health insurance and can process on-the-spot rebates via HICAPS at the time of your appointment. If you forget your private health card or your fund is unavailable for claiming, the full consultation fee will be charged on the day, and an invoice will be provided for you to claim directly with your insurer.

Workers' Compensation: We accept patients with Workers' Compensation claims; however, we do not handle direct billing. Patients are required to pay privately on the day of their appointment and seek reimbursement from their insurer. Please be aware that there may be a gap between our fees and the reimbursed amount.

Medicare Care Plans: For patients with a Medicare Care Plan (EPC), we charge our standard consultation fee, with the Medicare rebate processed on the day. This means there will be an out-of-pocket expense to cover the difference between our fee and the Medicare rebate.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost.
